Sri Lankan actors Mahendra Perera and Priyantha Sirikumara have won two acting awards for their performances in the film “Riverstone” at the Malaysia Golden Global Awards 2026.

Mahendra Perera won the Best Actor award for his portrayal of Sergeant Udayasiri in “Riverstone”, marking a major international recognition for the veteran Sri Lankan actor.

Fellow Sri Lankan actor Priyantha Sirikumara was also honoured at the awards, winning the Best Supporting Actor award for his performance in the same film.
