Team Sri Lanka was officially presented ahead of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, with the national contingent set to represent the country across seven sports at the multi-sport event in Scotland.

The Commonwealth Games Association of Sri Lanka (CGA Sri Lanka) unveiled the team at a ceremony in Colombo on July 15, ahead of the Games, which will be held from July 23 to Aug. 2.

Sri Lanka will be represented by 40 athletes, 27 men and 13 women, competing in athletics, para athletics, weightlifting, boxing, judo, artistic gymnastics and swimming. (Newswire)
