Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa today visited the P. D. Sirisena Stadium in Colombo to inspect preparations for the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) May Day rally, which will be held at the venue to mark International Workers’ Day.

Premadasa reviewed arrangements, including the construction of the main stage and other logistical details, for the rally scheduled for tomorrow (01).

He was accompanied by SJB General Secretary MP Ranjith Madduma Bandara, National Organizer Tissa Attanayake, MPs S. M. Marikkar and Mujibur Rahuman, along with several Colombo District political representatives. (Newswire)
