Indian Vice President inspects Indian housing project in Nuwara Eliya

Indian Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan visited Nuwara Eliya this morning (20) to inspect progress on the Indian Housing Project, which is being implemented for the estate Tamil community of Indian origin.
“Delighted to arrive in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka, today to visit sites of the Indian Housing Project for the Indian-origin Tamil community,” he said in a post on ‘X’.
The visit formed part of his two‑day official trip to Sri Lanka.
On Sunday (19), Vice President Radhakrishnan held talks with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya. (Newswire)
