India has dispatched about three tonnes of anti-tuberculosis medicines to Colombo aboard an Indian Air Force C-130J aircraft, Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said.

Jaishankar said India remained committed to supporting Sri Lanka’s public health system.
