A man who had pretended as an officer of the Bribery Commission and had prepared a forged identity card and forged letterheads, was arrested on Wednesday (03 Dec). 

According to the Bribery Commission, the man was arrested following investigations conducted into a complaint made by a person in Panadura.

The suspect, a resident of Gorakapola, was arrested while at the Panadura bus stand. (Newswire)
