The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar today (31), compared to Thursday, with the USD selling rate steady at Rs. 340. 

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 331.48 to Rs. 331.20.

The selling rate of the US Dollar has also decreased from Rs. 340.59 to Rs. 340.33.

However, the Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against a basket of foreign currencies, while it has appreciated slightly against Gulf currencies. (Newswire)
