President Anura Kumara Dissanayake today reaffirmed that vehicle imports will continue without disruption and no tax hikes are planned.

“There’s no truth to the rumours that vehicle imports will be stopped,” he said. “If you can’t buy one this year, you can buy one next year—nothing will change.”
