A tragic road accident in Dummalasooriya, Kuliyapitiya claimed three lives, including two children and the driver of a school van, police said on Wednesday.

The incident occurred when a school van collided with a lorry, leaving 13 others injured. The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.
