Tense scenes near court as Ranil Wickremesinghe remanded
Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe was ordered to be remanded today, leading to tense scenes outside the Colombo court.
A large number of United National Party supporters and loyalists of Wickremesinghe gathered near the court premises, chanting in his favour.
