The All-Ceylon Scouts Movement, founded by the late Dr. W. Champika Lowe, began its Scout Service and Public Relations Month today (July 23).

At the official launch ceremony, President Ranil Wickremesinghe was presented with the organization’s official scarf by co-chairperson Chamodika Lowe.

The event marked the formal commencement of the month-long program.

Former Minister Vajira Abeywardena, co-chairperson Navodaya Lowe, Chief Commissioner Dr. W.L. Tissera, and National Training Commissioner Vajira Amadoru were among those in attendance. (Newswire)
