Master Designer is an all-island graphic design competition organized by the Media Unit of SLTC, created to inspire and empower aspiring designers across Sri Lanka. The competition provides a unique platform for creative minds to showcase their talent, enhance their design skills, and gain recognition in the growing field of digital design.

Master Designer V3.0 continues this vision through a carefully structured three-phase journey designed to guide participants from learning to high-level competition.

Phase 01 – Online Workshops: Participants begin with interactive weekend workshops focused on industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. These sessions help designers strengthen their technical and creative skills.

Phase 02 – Online Submissions: In this stage, participants submit their original themed designs, allowing them to express creativity, innovation, and personal design style while gaining valuable exposure.

Phase 03 – Grand Finale: The journey concludes at the SLTC Padukka premises, where the top 15 individual designers and top 10 teams compete in live on-stage design challenges before the final awards ceremony.
