The India men’s cricket team will play a four-day warm-up match at the Nondescripts Cricket Club (NCC) Ground in Colombo ahead of its two-match Test series against Sri Lanka in August.

According to the tour itinerary, the warm-up fixture is scheduled to be held from August 7 to 10 before India travel to Galle for the opening Test.

The first Test, part of the ICC World Test Championship 2025–27 cycle, will be played at the Galle International Cricket Stadium from August 15 to 19. The second Test will be held at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) in Colombo from August 23 to 27.

India are expected to arrive in Sri Lanka on August 4 to begin preparations for the series. (Newswire)
