The Kesbewa Urban Council has installed CCTV cameras at key locations to identify individuals dumping garbage on public roads and initiate legal action against offenders.

The cameras are monitored from the Council’s main office, enabling officials to track violations in real time. 

Through the system, authorities have already identified an individual caught dumping trash. (Newswire)
