Four detainees escape from Kandakadu Rehabilitation Centre
Four detainees have escaped from the Kandakadu Rehabilitation Centre on Friday (03) afternoon.
Police and Sri Lanka Army personnel have reportedly launched a joint operation to locate and arrest the escapees.
